Terms of Service

Welcome to NomadTrail.net. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1.1 A FULL PAYMENT is required to secure your booking.
1.2 Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
1.3 A booking confirmation will be sent via email once your payment is processed.
2.1.1 If you cancel 92 or more days before departure, you will receive a full refund.
2.1.2 If you cancel between 91 and 61 days before departure, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
2.1.3 If you cancel between 60 and 41 days before departure, a 45% cancellation fee will apply.
2.1.4 If you cancel between 40 and 11 days before departure, a 80% cancellation fee will apply.
2.1.5 If you cancel 10 or fewer days before departure, or do not show up, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
2.2.1 If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), we will offer a full refund or an option to reschedule.
2.3.1 If extraordinary, unavoidable circumstances (e.g., political instability, natural disasters, pandemics) significantly affect the execution of the tour, either party may withdraw from the contract.
2.3.2 In such cases, travelers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of cancellation.
2.4.1 No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused services or portions of the tour, including meals, activities, or accommodations that you choose not to use.
2.4.2 If you leave the tour early or deviate from the itinerary, any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.
2.4.3 If possible, we will attempt to recover a refund from third-party service providers, but this is not guaranteed.
3.1 You may request minor changes to the itinerary up to 30 days prior to departure, subject to availability.
3.2 Last-minute changes (less than 30 days before departure) are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
3.3 We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.
4.1 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, repatriation, and unforeseen incidents.
4.2 This insurance should also address potential delays, lost baggage, or other disruptions that could arise.
5.1 You must adhere to local laws, cultural norms, and the instructions of our guides throughout the tour.
5.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unlawful, hazardous, or disruptive without providing a refund.
5.1.1 We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and locals.
5.1.2 Any behavior deemed abusive, disruptive, illegal, or unsafe (including but not limited to harassment, violence, intoxication, or refusal to follow guide instructions) may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
5.1.3 If a participant is removed from the tour due to behavioral reasons, any additional costs incurred (e.g., accommodation, transport) will be the participant’s responsibility.
6.1 You are required to disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility concerns before finalizing your booking.
6.2 Some activities may necessitate a certain level of physical fitness; participation is at your own risk.
7.1 Certain tour components (e.g., accommodations, transportation, excursions) may be provided by independent third-party operators.
7.2 We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third-party providers.
8.1 All content, logos, images, and materials on our website and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Nomadtrail.net.
8.2 Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
9.1.1 Our maximum liability is limited to three times the travel price, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
9.1.2 We are not liable for delays, service failures, or issues caused by third-party providers, including hotels, transport, and excursions.
9.2.1 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, which should cover:
Trip cancellations & interruptions
Medical emergencies & repatriation
Lost or delayed baggage
Unforeseen circumstances affecting your trip
10.1 We collect personal data to manage bookings and provide our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
10.2 Payment details are processed securely by third-party payment processors.
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
11.2 Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Mongolia unless otherwise agreed.
