Itinerary

Day 1Depart from Ulaanbaatar – Horse Trekking to Princess Temple

Depart Ulaanbaatar in the morning by 4WD vehicle and drive to Bosgo Bridge, where your horse trekking journey begins. Ride through beautiful wilderness toward Gunjiin Sum (Princess Temple), stopping for a picnic lunch in nature. Built in the 18th century, Gunjiin Sum honors a Manchu princess who chose to live a spiritual life in Mongolia after her husband’s death. Surrounded by forest, the temple remains a peaceful and sacred place.
Continue to the temple area and set up camp for the night. Enjoy a rustic dinner cooked over an open wildfire under the stars before spending the night in tents.

Day 2Nomads & Terelj National Park Adventure

After breakfast near the Princess Temple area, ride your horses to a nearby nomadic family and enjoy a traditional Mongolian lunch with them. After lunch, leave the horses behind and continue the journey by car to Terelj National Park. Upon arrival, explore the park’s scenic landscapes and enjoy more horse riding in the open valleys. Take time to walk and hike around the famous Turtle Rock, soaking in the beauty of nature before concluding the day.

Day 3Spirit of the Steppe: Chinggis Khaan Statue & Aryabal Journey

After an early morning breakfast, we will hike up to the Aryabal Meditation Temple, a peaceful spot perfect for meditation with breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. Afterward, we will enjoy lunch at a nearby resort. Then, we will drive to the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex, where you can take photos from the top of the statue and visit the museum inside. Finally, we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar and drop you off at your hotel.
