A: Browse tours on our website, choose your date, package, and group size, then click “Proceed Booking.” Complete the short form and payment step. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is finalized.

Q: Where will the booking confirmation email be sent from?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover) and PayPal for fast, secure checkout.

Q: Do I need to pay in full when booking?
A: Most day tours and short trips require full payment at booking.
Multi-day tours can be secured with a 30% deposit; the remaining balance is due before the tour begins. Bookings made within 7 days of the start date require full payment.

Q: What is included in the tour price?
A: Typically accommodation, ground transportation, professional guide, and entry fees for scheduled attractions. Some tours include selected meals. Always check the specific tour page/itinerary for exact inclusions.

Q: Are flights included?
A: No. International and domestic flights are not included unless explicitly stated. We can recommend routes or trusted partners on request.

Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: Yes—private group rates are available. Contact us for a custom quote based on group size, dates, and itinerary.

Q: Can I customize my itinerary?
A: Absolutely. We offer both fixed departures and fully tailor-made private trips. Tell us your dates, interests, and comfort level—we’ll build a plan around you.

Q: Will I have free time during the tour?

Q: Do I have to join every activity?
A: Participation is optional. If you prefer to skip an activity, inform your guide in advance.

Q: What types of accommodations are provided?
A: Handpicked countryside lodges and ger camps that meet our standards for cleanliness, comfort, and service. Many tours offer upgrade options (e.g., luxury ger camps).

Q: How will we travel between locations?
A: Depending on the route: comfortable, air-conditioned mini-buses or 4×4 vehicles. Exclusive packages may include private SUVs (e.g., Toyota Land Cruiser 300/200). Some itineraries use short domestic flights to reach remote areas.


5) Health & Safety

Q: Do I need travel insurance?
A: We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation/interruption, medical care, and evacuation.

Q: Is it safe to travel with you?
A: Mongolia is generally very safe for travelers. Your safety is our priority; we work with vetted partners and follow current health and safety guidance. Please also check your government’s official travel advisory before departure.


6) Cancellations & Refunds

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

  • 30+ days before scheduled arrival: Full refund.

  • <30 days before arrival, or no-show: No refund.

Q: Can I reschedule if my plans change?
A: Contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and may incur rebooking fees. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the standard cancellation policy applies. See our Terms of Service.


7) Before You Go

Q: What should I pack?
A: Your confirmation email includes a suggested packing list. Generally: layered clothing, sturdy footwear, valid passport, required travel documents/visas, and personal essentials.

Q: Do I need a visa to travel to Mongolia?
A: Many nationalities travel visa-free. For example, U.S. citizens can enter visa-free for up to 90 days, and nationals of 34 countries (including most of Europe plus the U.K., Australia, New Zealand) are visa-exempt for up to 30 days. Always verify the latest rules with official sources before you travel.

Q: How early should I arrive before the tour start date?
A: We recommend arriving at least one day early to buffer flight delays and adjust to local time.
